TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES RELAIS IMPERIAL
The general conditions of sale and the special conditions form a set which forms an integral part of the sales contract and whose global acceptance is obligatory before the conclusion of any sale. The reservation request entails the acceptance of these conditions of sale and the complete and unreserved acceptance of their provisions.
The stays can be booked as a single room or with breakfast, half-board and board. We also offer theme trips on demand; Consult us.
The response to a reservation is subject to a request for availability, the response will be given within a maximum of 48 hours.
1 -General conditions of sale (GTC)
1-1 - Application
These T & Cs apply to sales transactions with private customers.
1-2 - Capacity
Every client recognizes having the capacity to contract, that is to say to have the legal majority and not to be under guardianship or under tutorship.
1-3 - Price
Prices are in euros. VAT is always included. Prices quoted include only the services strictly mentioned in the reservation. At the price mentioned in the booking will be added, during the billing, the additional services provided by the hotelier during the stay and the tourist tax. Prices mentioned on the site are subject to change without notice and only the price indicated in the booking confirmation is contractual.
1-4 - Terms of payment
The payment of all the services is done, during the stay, directly with the hotelier.
1-5 - Force majeure
Force Majeure means any event external to the parties having a character both unpredictable and insurmountable that prevents either the customer or the hotelier to ensure all or part of the obligations provided for in the contract.
This is particularly so in case of strike, insurrection, riot, prohibitions issued by the governmental or public authorities.
It is expressly agreed that force majeure suspends the fulfillment of mutual obligations by the parties and that each party bears the costs arising therefrom.
Customers will bear in particular only additional costs that could be incurred to allow the continuation of the trip, following the occurrence of a case of force majeure.
1-6 - Claims
Any claim must be made to the hotelier within 30 days of the date of stay.
1-7 - Liability
The security of property and people within the establishment is the sole responsibility of the hotelier.
1-8 - Computing and Liberties
In accordance with current legislation, electronic contracts are subject to electronic archiving for a period of 10 years for any contract over € 120.
1-9 - Governing Law
Any dispute, claim or dispute relating to the terms of booking a stay or a hotel room are subject to French law.
2-1 - Booking conditions
To guarantee the reservation, the guest is asked to pay one night up to 3 days stay, 2 nights for a week stay, 3 nights beyond a week's stay or to communicate his number. credit card with validity date and the last 3 digits of the pictogram on the back, the transmission being done by secure mode.
The reservation is firm and final only after receipt of the confirmation sent to the customer by the hotelier.
The full payment of the stay is made directly to the hotelier.
The hotel requires a deposit to guarantee the reservation.
These deposit are to be paid within a deadline communicated during the reservation request.
Two ways of paying the deposit are possible:
- by check payable to the hotel and sent directly to the hotel
- by credit card.
In this case, the reservation becomes firm and final only upon receipt of the deposit by the hotelier, within the time limits.
Payment of the balance of the stay will be made on site at the hotel.
The guest is asked to check in at the hotel before 18:00 and to inform the hotel keeper in case of late arrival.
2-2 - Modification of a reservation
Any request for modification of a reservation must be made to the hotelier by telephone at 04.92.60.36.36, by fax at 04 92 60 36 39 or by mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The reservation modification is firm and final only after receipt of the confirmation.
Requests for changes may result, where applicable, in the application of the cancellation conditions.
In case of force majeure or due to exceptional circumstances, the hotel reserves the right to accommodate guests in a nearby hotel of equivalent category, without any tariff changes.
